Polices Questions and Answers
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. Our lease term is month to month and your lease automatically
renews until you vacate. We prorate your rent for the 1st month
rental.
Do I have to pay a security deposit?
No Security Deposit! Some facilities charge one
or two months rent for a security deposit. We only ask for a one-time,
$15.00 administration fee for leasing a new unit.
Does your company provide a lock? Who keeps the key?
We do not provide a lock and we do not have a
key to your self storage unit. You can purchase a new, sealed lock
at our offices, and no one else has a key to that lock.
Is there a monthly invoice and when
is my rent due?
No, there are no monthly statements for this
service. All rent is due on the 1st of every month. You are given
a grace period until the 7th of each month and we provide convenient
rent reminder magnets with payment and contact information.
How can I pay for my
self storage unit?
We accept, cash, check, money orders, visa, and
mastercard. You may pay at the rental station, mail in your check
or money order or leave it in the drop box (please no cash via
mail or dropbox), or use our Automatic Credit Card Plan. For an
additional $0.25 a month we will automatically run your payment
from your Visa or Mastercard on the first of every month. The automatic
credit card plan is the preferred method of payment.
